Kristina Canady

Finance & Operations Manager

Kristina Canady currently serves as the Finance & Operations Manager. She is an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in program management, operations, administration, and staff development. Kristina has a success record across all sectors including government and non-profits. She is a goal-oriented and creative problem solver who joined the Pickering team in April 2023.

Before joining the Pickering Foreign Affairs Program, Kristina worked for the Department of State at U.S. Embassy Harare and U.S. Embassy Abu Dhabi. She worked for the American Association for the Advancement of Science (Science & Technology Fellowship Program) and for BloombergBNA (Cross Platform Group).

Kristina holds a master’s degree in microbiology and infectious disease from George Mason University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia.

Kristina’s husband, Clinton Canady IV, is a Foreign Service Officer. They live with their son, Cai and Zimbabwean rescue, Comet!
