Sydney Sparrow graduated from James Madison University with a B.A. in International Affairs, with a minor in Asian Studies. During her college career, she studied Japanese language and culture at Ristumeikan University in Kyoto and intern at the Japan-America Society of Washington. Following graduation, Sydney taught English as an Assistant Language Teacher in Toyota City, Japan. She is deeply committed to promoting cross-cultural dialogue and understanding, civil discourse, and respect for cultural diversity within the university and beyond.
